In the SPDX 1.0 and spdx-1.1-rc20120403.pdf I read:

4.9.4 Data Format: free form text that can span multiple lines.
In tag format this is delimited by <text> .. </text>.
4.9.5 Tag: “PackageSourceInfo:”
Example:
PackageSourceInfo: uses glibc-2_11-branch from git://sourceware.org/git/glibc.git.

What is wrong: the Data Format or the Example?
