The proposals for surfacing information regarding the origin a files are

* <http://www.spdx.org/wiki/proposal-2010-10-21-2-file-origin> : Two new properties of File that store the name and URL of the origin project of the file
* <http://www.spdx.org/wiki/proposal-2010-10-21-3-artifactof> : A new (repeatable) property storing a description of a project of which this file is an artifact.

We need to decide between them.
