I think there is a typo on http://spdx.org/licenses/BSD-3-Clause-Clear : the licence has "BSD-3-Clause-Clear" as ID but "BSD 2-clause "Clear" License" as full name (also on http://spdx.org/licenses/ ).

Good catch, Camille! I have made the change in the master file, but it
may not show up on the website until we push another version. This could
be a few months, as v1.17 was just released. I'll see about making an
incremental change in the meantime...
