scancode-toolkit updated to SPDX 3.20 license list

Hi everyone,

We have updated the SPDX license list version in scancode-toolkit to the newly released version 3.20, and this is also updated and available at scancode-licensedb.aboutcode.org. This will be in the next scancode release (32.x) which also has a bunch of other license detection improvements.

Hi Ayan,

thanks for the update. While reflecting that in ORT, I realized that several LICENSE texts seem to be missing from the DB:

https://github.com/nexB/scancode-licensedb/issues/32

Thanks for pointing this out, I have pushed a fix and we have the latest licenses also at scancode-licensedb.aboutcode.org now.
