Tag-value to rdf mapping

I took the liberty of knocking together a strawman version of the spec that describes sectioning and rdf mapping mechanism for the tag-value format. This is only part of the spec. I wanted to get some feed back and buy in before proceeding further. I have attached the html version of the spec.

Please let me know what you think, both of the sectioning/mapping approach and the overall arrangement of this version of the spec.

Kate, i took another pass at the vocabulary section and removed a lot
of the rdf jargon.

Everyone, what do you think about the attached straw-man version of the spec ?
