Debian just moved DEP-5 from candidate to draft, so our window to
harmonize with it starting to narrow. see:

The DEP5 team is tracking the differences with SPDX that they care about
in the following WIKI: http://wiki.debian.org/Proposals/CopyrightFormat
In particular there are some namings of the key licenses that they would
like to harmonize.

Esteban - can you please add looking at the license naming issues to the
agenda of the next legal call?
