legal team call tomorrow
J Lovejoy
Hi all,
We have our regularly scheduled call tomorrow, Thursday at 10 am mountain standard time. (the US has now pushed our clocks forward, so we should be back to our normal time zone gap differences) Perhaps Warner can give us an overview of the FreeBSD project’s use of SPDX identifiers. Can we get some legal-team input on the following Github issues (and then discuss on call as needed): - https://github.com/spdx/license-list-XML/pull/1346 - https://github.com/spdx/license-list-XML/issues/1356 - https://github.com/spdx/license-list-XML/issues/1340 - https://github.com/spdx/license-list-XML/issues/1349 Thanks! My rehearsal of the talk clocks in at about 15 minutes, though I could trim this a bit because it's heavy on history to try to provide the full context of why the project's adaptation of SPDX has been less than simple and straightforward. Please advise if you'd like me to trim the time. Warner
