license list FAQ follow-up

Hi all,
As follow-up to our discussion on the last call re: removing the license list FAQ from the webpage (https://spdx.dev/faq/) and replacing that with a link to the same in a markdown file in the license list DOCS folder to enable easier updates and collaboration - Steve and I raised this with the Steering Committee and got the green light. Thanks to Sebastian for already preparing the markdown file! Sebastian - if you want to make a PR to move that into DOCS, I can then merge and update the web page. Then we can all have a look and see if there are any further updates that need to be made. Thanks, Jilayne |
