I am getting ready to convert all of the licenses in the license-list-XML git repository.  If you have any local changes or pull requests that need to merge prior to the conversion, let me know right away as it will get much more difficult to merge after converting.  Note that I will make sure the remaining CECIL license PR’s are taken care of prior to the change (PR# 437, 40, 41, 42, 43).

The conversion may take a couple of days if I run into any parsing issues on the input licenses.

Once the conversion is complete, I’ll branch the current repo to “old-format” then replace all of the licenses as well as adding the schema.

I’ll send an email update once completed.
