We have this on our “long” list of exceptions and noted to be added to the SPDX License List after the initial 2.0 release.

As noted on the last call (and barring any objections from the Tech Team), we decided to go with all the exceptions marked as “2.0” on the exception list for the pre-release in December (which represents the exceptions currently on the License List) and then add the ones marked as “2.1” for the official release in February. FTLK is on the exception list, but noted for a later release. Given the comments here, I’d suggest that we move this up to be included in the official February release.
