big takeaway: we are shifting to focus on an interim (pre-2.0 spec) release of the SPDX License List including any license requests and the licenses to be added from the Fedora list review.  Will need someone to review version 1.20 before release as a quality check… who is detail-oriented and can do that?  Please let Jilayne know if you can :)
