For the Beta program, there are two additional legal issues I want to raise for the legal team to discuss.
What will be the OSS license for the SPDX tools we are providing? (ccing Gary since he wrote them)
Will we need some type of NDA or Beta agreement with our Beta sites that would cover privacy? For example, if Beta participants are discussing stuff with Beta support team, they may not want that shared.
