A spreadsheet format with instructions for each SPDX License List field has also now been uploaded to the Process for Requesting New Licenses to be Added (see http://spdx.org/wiki/spdx-license-list-process-requesting-new-licenses-be-added) to further facilitate people submitting licenses to be added to the list.  This is also a better format (than email) if multiple licenses are being requested to be added.
