Hi Lars,

I've just added comments in both threads giving a +1 to add each of these.

If others from the legal team community can add in (so that we've got approval per https://github.com/spdx/license-list-XML/blob/master/DOCS/request-new-license.md#review-process), then fine to add for 3.14 if you're able to submit the PR's with passing XML / test files sometime before Saturday.

Can a few others from the community weigh in on the issue threads as well? Here are the direct links:

We are going to aim for the end of next week for the 3.14 release - giving everyone an extra week to tidy up any outstanding issues.  So, if you haven't gotten to something, you have a bit more time!
