Hi all,

Gary asked us to log issues for any improvements we might think of for the SPDX online tools - particularly related to the submit license and generate XML tools.

I have just added some notes on how the XML generation can be improved here:

Please have a look and see if you have any further comments or can think of other things.

One other thought I had for the submit license tool - was if we should have a question as to whether the submitter considers this a license or an exception. I believe there is a specific exception XML tag, so I’m assuming that if we had such a question, it would help to that end once the XML is generated.
