Hi all,

As discussed on a previous call, I’ve added a new doc describing the workflow for adding a new license. This aims to capture the steps for our team members who are shepherding a request through the process. The hope is by getting this written down - we’ll all do a better job (and not forget stuff!), but more importantly, more of the team will feel empowered to help with this constant task.

Feedback welcome, of course. Would be great if someone who hasn’t done this could pick up a new one and follow the workflow checklist.
