We are a bit late on getting version 3.3 of the SPDX License List out, so we’ll focus on identifying what needs to be done for that (and close it out in the next week) - this will most likely be help getting new licenses into the XML format via PRs that we can then merger.  We’ll then also determine what needs to be pushed to 3.4
