I think a generic additional permission doesn't need to be specific
like that, though and the fewer text substitutions, the easier it is to
apply. I also think the "permission to link" part is somewhat vague.
It probably works, but I think combination via linking without creating
a derived work is better and mirrors LGPL language on this.
