General call next week: XML editor presented

One other reminder:  
The SPDX general call is next Thursday (instead of today, due to holiday in US this week) on July 12th - the guest speaker on that call will be the Google Summer of Code student, Tushar Mittal, who is working the Online XML Editor.  His talk will cover: 

In this presentation, we'll talk about the work done on the XML editor project. It will include talking about the project and then a small presentation on what all features are provided and how to use them. This will help the members to understand the project better and give reviews, which would sum up to make the project more usable and user-friendly.  

It’d be really great if we have good representation from the legal team at this one, as this is a project near and dear to our work!

As per the discussion on updating URLs to licenses that was going on in a couple places, we came up with a final addition to add to the overview page that reflects the various points made in the discussion (as noted in meeting minutes).  I have now updated the Overview page with this additional bullet/explanation:

We are working to get a couple new licenses all set to go and then version 3.2 should be live by end of next week.
