The problem with the Sleepycat license is that its not one, but three licenses.

I think that the text for the Sleepycat license [2] is not correct. The text is rather historical version of the BerkeleyDB aggregated licensing (which is now AGPL-licensed FWIW) with three licenses : - Sleepycat proper, and - Two "BSD-3-Clause" licenses. I suggest to trim the Sleepycat text to Sleepycat proper only. When the three licenses are found, a proper license expression can be used alright. Alternatively another "Spleepycat-only" kind of license could be created just for the Sleepycat text proper.
