Hi Harald,

I’ve added this to our review for our next legal call on Jan 21.

In the meantime, could you please provide us with a little more information about the license? It would be helpful to hear your view as to the need for this license or exception to be included on the SPDX License List, including identifying at least one program that uses this license.
